HoCo Bar members,

Good morning!  It’s been a couple of years since this Bar Association hosted a spring meeting due to Covid, but this year we are very happy to announce that our spring meeting will be hosted by our own Houston County Young Lawyers Division at their annual BBQ.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 12:00PM.  The BBQ will be at the Barn at SOHO, 2699 Marshallville Road, Perry, Georgia 31069.  All bar members are invited to attend, regardless of YLD status.  This event is sponsored by Bennett Law and Mediation Services LLC, so a big THANK YOU goes out to them.  We hope to see all our bar members there!  If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Brittany Bennett at beb@bennettlawga.com.  I’ve also attached a flyer for the event to pin up in your break rooms.

If you’d like to attend this event and our other annual Bar events (Law Day, the Liberty Bell Award lunch, and our annual Christmas party), but haven’t yet paid your 2022 Bar dues, please see the 2022 dues notice/membership form (also attached).  Don’t forget that both new and returning members can also pay dues online at the link on the dues notice, if that’s more convenient for you.  We’re looking forward to a great Bar year and providing lots of fellowship and support to the outstanding lawyers that make up this organization!
