Counsel: In an effort to ensure a proper transition the Court and Superior and State Court Clerks have decided to delay the transition to the new efiling system to make sure all of your questions are addressed and every hitch discovered during training is addressed. Please continue to efile thru PeachCourt until further notice. DO NOT attempt to use Benchmark on Monday, July 10th. Criminal superior Court will continue to paper file, until further notice. Criminal Lawyers WE WILL continue to go live Monday for internal users and in Court process. We will keep you updated. We appreciate your patience as we strive to make this the most efficient system for our staff and our constituents.
