David P. (Skeet) Hulbert, Jr.

Skeet received his B.A. in 1970 from the University of Georgia and his J.D. in 1973 from Mercer. While in law school, Skeet was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. He was admitted to the bar in 1973 and he currently is a member of the Houston County Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia.

Skeet was elected and served as a City Councilman for the City of Perry in 1976. Skeet is the former managing partner of the firm and his practice areas include residential, commercial, farm and timber real estate transactions, banking, business law, wills, estates and probate.

John W. Hulbert

John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Georgia in 1999 and his law degree from Mercer University in 2002. John’s primary practice areas include residential, commercial, farm and timber real estate transactions, banking, business law, wills, estates and probate.

John is involved in the community as a charter member of the Board of Directors of the James E. Worrall Foundation, a member of the Board of First Love Ministries, Inc., a member and adult Sunday school teacher at the Perry United Methodist Church and a member of the Perry Kiwanis Club.

Matthew C. Hulbert

Matthew graduated with a B.B.A. Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 2004 and received his J.D. from Mercer University in 2007. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Houston County Bar Association.

Matthew has a general practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, general civil litigation, probate and estate matters, and family and domestic matters. He also assists in prosecuting Municipal Court cases for the City of Perry and representing the Perry-Houston County Airport Authority. Matthew also is an adjunct professor at Mercer University teaching Business Law.
